Our mill in the Baltic states has to satisfy our high criteria and we have a dedicated English professional who lives and works over there inspecting the manufacturing process every single week. The mill has been producing interlocking cabins, garages and stables for over 15 years and has continually refined its working process, eliminating all the problematic issues associated with wood.
The mill ensure that the wood is kept and cut at just the right temperature and has the optimum moisture content utilising its range of on site kilns. The large range of cutting machinery and jigs allows us to offer such a great selection of log thicknesses - 28 / 34 / 44 / 70 / 34+34mm & 44+44mm twinskin options - before deciding upon your cabin supplier do your research, can any other supplier offer you such a large range?
All the cabins in the range have been methodically calculated for perfect construction and they are built on site at the factory before even being considered for general retail.
We provide detailed images of our cabins however there may be slight discrepancies between the image and the actual cabin. You will be sent a confirmed line plan of the actual dimensions of the cabin to agree upon the finished product. Once agreed the cabin will go into cutting production and cannot be altered from agreed line plan.
So you can buy with confidence knowing that all the flaws have been resolved for you.

As soon as you place an order with Timber Buildings UK Ltd your cabin of choice goes directly into the production list at the mill - we estimate between 2 - 6 weeks from time of order to delivery to site. (Bespoke cabins will take longer) The benefit of this is that you are not buying a cabin that has been laying around someones yard open to the elements and handled numerous times, increasing the risk of damage.
We provide free delivery to mainland England and Wales addresses (within a 100 mile radius of Manchester) and we use the best haulage company with a fleet of over 60 Hiab trucks who will liase with you every step of the way. All trucks are fitted with GPS so on the day of delivery you can know for sure exactly where your cabin is.
